 2. Hair becomes damaged by exposure to the sun and sea during the summer months, and so needs to be nourished from within to recover. An ordinary shampoo and conditioner is often not enough. The face is the first thing that people look at, so it’s little wonder we spend so much time trying to keep our faces looking young.
